Seek Ostrich Goods Belts and Boots: Please allow 7-10 business days to receive your product. Seek Ostrich Goods products are handmade which is why the lead time is longer.
Ostrich Skins: Please allow up to 4 weeks for delivery.
The shipping & handling fee for standard shipping is free. USPS Priority is the shipping method we typically use although sometimes it may be UPS. We may offer expedited shipping near holidays.

Returns will be hanlded as stated below.
Whole Ostrich Skins: Only exchanges for different colors can be done for ostrich skin orders.
Custom Boots and Belts: No exchanges or refund on custom items.
All Other Items: If for some reason you are not satisfied with your item, you may exchange it, receive store credit, or request a refund. All Items must be returned within 30 days of receiving them. All items must be returned in UN-USED condition.
