Shipping:
Ferrini Items: Most Ferrini items will arrive within 5 business days. Crocodile products may take up to 7 business days.
Seek Ostrich Goods Belts and Boots: Please allow 7-10 business days to receive your product. Seek Ostrich Goods products are handmade which is why the lead time is longer.
Ostrich Skins: Please allow up to 4 weeks for delivery.
The shipping & handling fee for standard shipping is free. USPS Priority is the shipping method we typically use although sometimes it may be UPS. We may offer expedited shipping near holidays.
Return Policy:
All Items must be returned within 30 days of receiving them. All items must be returned in UN-USED condition. Only one exchange per item is allowed. Returns will be hanlded as stated below.
Whole Ostrich Skins: Only exchanges for different colors or grades can be done for ostrich skin orders.
All Other Items: Good photographs are provided for all of the products on this site. However, if for some reason you are not satisfied with your item, you may exchange it once, receive store credit, or request a refund.
