All sizes on this website are in U.S. Here is a conversion chart:
Please include your regular shoe size (i.e. 9D) when placing a custom boot order.
TAKING YOUR MEASUREMENTS (see diagram below):
LENGTH:
Standing with socks on, place your right foot flat on a plain piece of paper, allowing regular body weight to be distributed equally to both feet. Take a pencil, holding it straight up and down (not leaning in or out), and mark all the way around the foot. Repeat with left foot. Measure the length of your tracings from big toe to heel. This will give you the length of the foot.
WIDTH:
There are five measurements that are necessary for a standard boot: the Ball, Waist, Instep, Calf, and Heel. For your Calf, measure around the widest point, and also include a measurement from the ground to the height of the widest point of your calf.
SIT with no weight on the foot. Place the tape measure around the foot snugly but not tight: BALL- around the ball and behind the little toe where the foot is the broadest; WAIST - where foot is smallest; INSTEP - over bone on the point; HEEL - around the heel where the foot bends.
DO NOT FAX TRACINGS TO US as the fax machine distorts sizing. Simply include your measurements (Length of foot, Calf, Ball, Waist, Instep, and Heel) and regular shoe size while ordering on our web site in the space provided in the comments section when checking out.
