Q. Are your products made from real exotic leather?
A. YES. We don’t sell imitations. All products are made from the exotic leather they are advertised as.
Q. Can I get my item in different dimensions or options not available on the website?
A. We only offer what is on the website. New products and options will be added to website when we feel they are sustainable.
Q. Do you sell ostrich leather scraps?
A. Not at this time, although we plan to sell them in the future.
Q. How do the product colors match other exotic leather colors of the same name?
A. Keep in mind that every hide is unique. If you need to match something make sure you are willing to accept a little color deviation from your item and ours. Keep in mind that belts and wallets are separated from each other and from foot wear by several feet so a little color deviation won’t be noticeable. Also, there will be some difference in color between our items and the Ferrini items.

Q. How long will it take to receive my order?

Q. Why does it take 1-2 weeks to get my order?
A. Sometimes it may take a little time to track down a certain color, etc. to make your product. We work hard at getting orders out the door as quickly as possible.
Q. Can I get my product quicker than 1-2 weeks?
A. We usually offer an expedited shipping method at holidays.
Q. What if I need to return my order?

Q. Do you ship international?
A. Not at this time.
Q. Can I ship do a different address than my own address or billing address?
A. Yes, simply enter the appropriate shipping addres in your profile.
Q. Do you do gift wrapping or use special or stealth packing for gifts?
A. We do not gift wrap or include gift cards but we may in the future. All packages are sent in plain boxes that do not indicate what the contents are on the outside.
Q. How do I place an order?
A. Please follow the picture links until you see the “add to cart” option at the bottom of the page below the items description. You may choose the available options on that page as well. You can see what items you have added to your cart on the right side of the page. When you are finished adding products to your cart simply click the “check out” tab at the top of the page. You will be prompted to complete your order by creating an account. Don’t worry, we will not spam you or otherwise try to contact you unless it involves your order.
Q. Do you have a print catalog or a retail location?
A. No. As it stands we are an online company only.
Q. Can I call you to place an order?
A. We prefer that you place your order online. Our website should have answers to your questions if you explore a bit. The order process is encrypted so your contact and credit information are safe. Q. Are you a real company?
A. People are often worried about purchasing a product from someone they have never met. Rest assured we are a real company, located in Phoenix, AZ, with real people and real obligations to fill your order.
Q. Is it secure and safe to place orders on your website?
A. Absolutely! Internet commerce has become extremely secure over the last few years. All transactions are sent with 128 bit encryption to authorize.net, a third party credit card gateway. They verify the information you give them with your credit card company. It is virtually impossible for someone to intercept your personal information.
Q. What is the status of my order?
A. Please log into the account you created on our website. Any notes and the status of your order will be visible. You should also receive a confirmation email immediately after placing your order. If you do not receive this email, pleae check your bulk or spam inbox to ensure it was not sent there by mistake. AOL is particularly notorious for blocking important emails.
Q. My credit card payment won’t go through, what’s the deal?
A. Make sure you are entering all information correctly, including the mailing address where your credit card statements go. This is used by authorize.net for security purposes. Also, we no longer accept American Express. If you still have problems, please email us at email@example.com.
Q, Can I send you a cashier's check, money order, or personal check for payment?
Q. I have some ostrich skins. Do you want to purchase them?
A. No. We have several suppliers we use to purchase leather.
Q. Do you offer a discount for designers, wholesalers, large quantities, etc.?
A. No. We don’t offer any discounts on any products unless they are on sale.
